Toffee!!!!

‎1 cup (220g) caster sugar
10g butter
2 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp vinegar
100's and 1000's or crushed nuts, to decorate.

OR

2 cups of sugar
3 quarters cup of cold water
1 tablespoon of brown or white vinegar

Directions
place all ingredients in a saucepan, stir over heat until sugar dissolves bring to the boil (do not stir)
cook until golden brown, remove from heat and allow bubbles to settle. pour into small patty cake papers

got this off a friend... havent tried it yet but i might give it a go tomorrow

ohhh yummy think i mite have to make them on the weekend lol

yeah i want to make some, i need vinegar though... i thought i had some but i was wrong lol

yeh i had a look at that to so ill have to get some tomorrow night when we go shopping...
